The three men arrested were Bruno Nicolas Vargas (left), Alfredo Sesto (right) and Lautaro Erique for an incident that took place on Wednesday, Comodoro Rivadavia.

Jorge Odorisio decided that the defendants were co-authors of the crime and an essential participant in the case for Sesto, while Vargas, Mansilla and Sesto are all necessary participants. Ailen Picollo, the Public Prosecutor’s Office representative was present at the hearing. Juan Bill, a deputy with the Public Defense represented the defendants.
